Florida home care · new licenses, weekly
Call new Florida home care agencies before your competitors know they exist.
Every Tuesday you get a list of agencies that were just licensed by the state, with the owner's name and a phone number. It comes from official Florida records, and every row links back to the source.

This is what lands in your inbox on Tuesday.
A Google Sheet (or a CSV, if you prefer) and a short email summarizing the week. One tab per segment, so a billing firm and a staffing firm can each work only what they sell to. Import it into your CRM or just start dialing.

From the state records
Between July 1 and September 30, 2026, Florida issued 270 home care licenses that are still active: 246 homemaker and companion, 17 home health, 7 nurse registry, and no new hospice licenses.1
That is roughly 20 a week. Most are new owners deciding, right now, who will handle their accreditation, software, billing and hiring.
1 Source: AHCA FloridaHealthFinder (quality.healthfinder.fl.gov), active licenses with an Original License Date in Q3 2026, counted October 22, 2026. Some are ownership changes rather than new businesses, and late Q3 records may still be posting.

Why timing matters
The first 90 days decide who they buy from.
A newly licensed agency has a short list of things to sort out before it can grow, and most of them get decided once.
- AccreditationPicking a consultant and an accrediting body.
- SoftwareChoosing an EHR and a scheduling system.
- BillingDeciding who submits claims and chases payment.
- StaffHiring caregivers, aides and nurses.
Whoever calls first usually gets the first real conversation.
A note from the founder
I run a small data business. I built Agency Radar from public Florida records because the information was all there, just scattered across a few state websites and published weeks after the fact.
Every week I pull the new licenses, check each one against Sunbiz and NPPES, and send you the result in a format you can actually use. If a row is wrong, tell me and I will fix it for everyone within a day.

How it works
1.Pull
New licenses from public AHCA licensing records.
2.Verify
Cross-check with Sunbiz and NPPES, flag ownership changes, assign a tier.
3.Deliver
Google Sheet or CSV plus a summary email, every Tuesday.
The fine print
What it can't do
- Records lag licensing. State records post 4 to 8 weeks after a license is issued. The list is backfilled weekly and each one is labeled "complete through [date]".
- Phone first. Brand-new agencies often have no public email yet, so the list leads with phone numbers.
- Some rows are ownership changes. A new license is not always a new business. Those rows are flagged.
- Mistakes get fixed fast. If you report an error and it checks out, a correction goes to every subscriber within 24h.
Pricing

Questions
Things people ask
Where does the data come from?
Public AHCA licensing records, cross-checked against Sunbiz and NPPES. Every row links to its official AHCA profile.
How current is it?
State records post 4 to 8 weeks after licensing. We backfill weekly and label each list "complete through [date]" so you know exactly what is covered.
Why no email addresses?
Most brand-new agencies don't have one on public record yet. The list is phone-first and includes the administrator's name so you know who to ask for.
Can I import it into my CRM?
Yes. You get a Google Sheet or a CSV, which most CRMs can import.
What if a record is wrong?
Email [email protected]. Once a report is verified, the correction goes to all subscribers within 24h.
